Kason has been really struggling with grief and lonliness since the death of his beloved wife Penny. He always thought he would go first. He is trying his best to raise his kids but feels that they are going off the rails a bit. The boys drinking and partying and Annabelle has become withdrawn and very moody.
He is a loving grandpa to his two little grand daughters but wishes Penny was here to see them. She was looking forward to becoming a grandmother.
He has been spending a lot of time with his big sister Kinley and they are very, very close.
Kinley got him to join the Oldies club which she loves. Kason tries his hardest to get out and about, but all he wants to do is be with his wife.
