Sebastian was born off camera to Sparkle and Lamont Garrett in Rio Verde, Oasis Springs.

Toddler:

Sebastian was a fussy toddler. He liked to makemesses and throw tantrums. He suffered emotionally for his mother working all the time.

Child:

As a child, Sebastian had the social butterfly aspiration and the evil trait. His dad died when he was a child and this fueled his bad behaviour.

Teen:

As a teen, Seb has taken an interest in bodybuilding. He wants to be like his dad who was his hero. He started dating Erika Fujita who is a little older than him. He got the hot headed trait.

After his mother's death, Sebastian lived with his brother, until his brother married. Sebastian then moved in with his girlfriend Erika. He took his two dogs with him.

Sebastian became a young adult in the summer and got the mean trait. His girlfriend, Erika cheated on him and got pregnant, so they broke up and Sebastian decided to join the military. He moved to a trailer park in Strangerville with a room mate named Layla Quinn.
Sebastian had a fling with single mother, Aahana Trivedi which resulted in the birth of his daughter, Jazlyn. Sebastian has never met his daughter and doesn't intend to.
His housemate Layla has had a baby too which isn't Sebastian's and so he wants her and the child to move out too, otherwise he will find somewhere else to live.

Sebastian ended up kicking out Layla, but she left her child with him, so he handed it to social services, where it was put up for adoption.
Sebastian had a lot of flings but nothing serious, then he met Taylor Robinson.
Taylor is quite a bit younger than Seb, but she makes him happy. They have adopted a little girl named Carly, who was the daughter of Taylors friend who passed away.

They are now expecting a baby of their own.
